Senator Marius Marinescu came with the proposal to establish the Romanian authorities for Business Environment, the special body of central public administration, with legal personality, subordinated to the government.

Authority would be created by merging the National Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperation, the Romanian Agency for Foreign Investment and Business Environment Directorate, which three government structures in most of their common functions and duties. < br />
Senator Marius Marinescu said that, through this initiative, it aims to reduce bureaucracy and also has the effect of limiting opportunities for abuse and corruption, which discourages features Romanian and foreign investors.
